The Treasure Island Caravan Park offers cabin and camping accommodation at Berridale, north of Hobart. Berridale is a 15-minute drive (10 kilometres) from Hobart’s central business district.
The Treasure Island Caravan Park has a choice of self-contained cabins and caravans, powered caravan and campervan sites and camping and tent sites – many on the foreshore of the Derwent River. The self-contained holiday cabins have ensuite bathrooms and fully-equipped kitchens, and the heated caravans are equipped for self-catering.
Facilities include three amenities blocks with shared bathroom facilities and a communal campers’ kitchen. The Park has barbecues, public telephones, laundry facilities and there is an adjacent children’s playground. Local activities and attractions include the Cadbury Chocolate Factory and Moorilla Winery and Museum. There is a public bus service to Hobart, and a nearby tavern and swimming pool.
