    Alpine Adventure in Northern Tasmania

    Pepper Bush Adventures has combined the alpine wilderness areas of Cradle Mountain and Ben Lomond with quality accommodation, fine dining and wildlife experiences. Tour consists of two nights at Cradle Mountain Chateau B&B, staying in their King Spa Rooms. Then spend two nights a Peppers Seaport Hotel B&B in their River View Suites. Dinner is included each night. Enjoy four days guided touring which cover a Cradle Mountain Hike, a tour of Marakoopa Caves and Trowunna Wildlife Park, one Alpine hiking and cycle descent at Ben Lomond, and lunch at Strathlynn and dinner at Stillwater Restaurant.     Cradle Way of Life Tour

    This tour combines viewing Tasmania's wildlife species and visiting wilderness areas, including the magnificent iconic Cradle Mountain, with superb accommodation facilities and fine dining experiences. Whether your interest is history, nature, food and wine or hiking, this may be the tour for you. Tour consists of two nights at Peppers Seaport Hotel B&B and two nights at Cradle Mountain Chateau B&B – dinner included each night. You will have four days guided touring in which you will experience the Quoll Patrol and Taste of Tamar tours, one day enjoying the Cradle Mountain alpine area, a visit to Trowunna Wildlife Park and a visit to Sheffield – the “Town of Murals”.     Quoll Patrol Tour

    A multi-sensual nature and wildlife experience: see, feel and smell, taste and hear Tasmania on this tour which focuses on the antics of the eastern quoll in its natural habitat. View a diverse landscape while driving through farmland and passing the foothills of Ben Lomond before venturing over Roses Tier and taking a short walk through the stunning Tombstone Creek Reserve's old growth forest. Dinner is served in a remote location on private land where you will experience a gourmet campfire dinner under the stars with a glass of Tasmanian cool-climate wine. You will be introduced to a Tasmanian game food dinner, consisting of a Tasmanian cheese platter, native spiced trout, venison mountain burgers and wallaby tenderloins. (Vegetarians also catered for) Enjoy an after-dark captivating encounter with some of Tasmania's unique and endearing wildlife species; Eastern quoll, wombats, platypus, wallaby, bandicoots and possums are some of the resident species.

    Tassie Wildlife Encounter Tour

    This is a truly Tasmanian wildlife experience giving close encounters with the wombat and eastern quoll as well as possums, eastern grey kangaroos, wallaby, platypus, echidna, bettong and bandicoots. Travel to the far north east corner of Tasmania to Mt. William National Park to have a face-to-face encounter with wombats and other native Tasmanian wildlife, and view their lifestyle and habitat. Take a stroll on the beach before dinner and then continue watching these seemingly cuddly creatures. The next day, travel to Mt. Victoria Forest Reserve and Ralphs Falls, before continuing on to Evercreech Forest Reserve to view the tallest white gum trees in the world. After a picnic lunch, the next destination is the Tyne Valley - where you will enjoy a gourmet campfire bush tucker dinner, complimented by Tasmanian wines and beers, while waiting for the sun to set for your after-dark wildlife experience.

    Taste of Tamar Tour

    Enjoy a day traveling through the heart of vineyard country showcasing orchards, scenic pastures and forests and taste the diversity of the Tamar Valley Wineries – from family-run producers to state of the art wineries. Departing from Launceston, take the scenic drive to Jansz, acclaimed as one of Australia's best sparkling wines. Then journey to Tamar Ridge, known for its trophy-winning wines. Continuing on, enjoy award-winning wines and gorgeous views from the cosy tasting room at Moores Hill Estate. Time for lunch – Strathlynn Restaurant at Ninth Island Vineyard provides you with a fine dining experience. The chef presents a menu based on seasonal produce and the excellent cuisine and wine is matched by a sensational view of the Tamar River below. After lunch resume travel to Rosevears which is now home to the Pirie Estate and South range of wines. Finish your day at Velo Vineyard.
