Tassie Convoy Tours include everything from adventure, exploring some of Tasmania’s World Heritage Wilderness, discovering the native flora and fauna, visiting some of its historic convict past. Tours include locations such as; Port Arthur, Richmond, Mt Field National Park and Russell Falls, Tim Shea, the Huon Vally, and Tahune Airwalk.
Our extended tours include a six day wilderness experience, a four day world heritage, an eight day Tassie highlights, and a three day Tassie stopover.
Our tours operate with a maximum of five people, keeping it personalised. Whatever your taste we can tailor a tour to suit your needs.

A Taste of Tasmania 4WD Day TourSample some of the best scenery in Tasmania on this tour. Feed the wallabies and see Tasmanian Devils at Bonorong Wildlife Park.. Huon Valley and Tahune Forest Airwalk 4WD Day TourTravel through peaceful apple growing Huon Valley to Huonville, have morning tea beside the Huon River, then drive through forest to the Arve River and Tahune Forest Reserve. Here you walk along the river to see ancient Huon pines and beautiful rainforest plants also walk the highest and longest tree top walk in the world, after this we have lunch. Then travel back to Hobart via the Big Tree and Geeveston. After morning tea we drive to Lake Dobson, for a rainforest walk in Pandani Grove. Then to the double cascade of Russell Falls, the most photographed waterfall in Tasmania. Lazy and gentle in dry weather, white thunder after rain. The path to the waterfalls is sealed and level, quite safe for wheelchairs, or take the Tall Trees walk, it takes you through forest that features the world's tallest species of flowering plant, magnificent swamp gums. After lunch we head to Mount Tim Shea, which overlooks the Florentine Valley and the World Heritage Area and then back to Hobart. This afternoon travel to Richmond, an historic town with the oldest convict built bridge and catholic church in Australia, and many shops and galleries to explore. En route to Richmond you will marvel at the extraordinary coastal formations Tasman Arch and Blowhole at beautiful Eaglehawk Neck. Tomorrow we take in the sites of Hobart before proceeding north to the Heritage Highway, visiting the historic town of Ross on our way to Launceston. In Launceston we will do some sightseeing of the city before dropping you of at your accommodation. Our final day takes us to Cradle Mountain via Sheffield the town of murals, you will have 30 minutes to explore the town. Then we travel to Cradle Mountain, visit the information centre, and if you wish do some of the many short walks in the area. On leaving Cradle Mt we return to Launceston via Mole Creek (call in and meet a Tassie Devil if you wish, own cost) arriving at your accommodation in Launceston. Total Wilderness Experience - 6 Day TourTour travels from Hobart to Queenstown via Russell Falls.then onto the World Heritage listed rainforest of Bird River. Day three choose from a Gordon River cruise or 4WD tour of Montezuma Falls. Tour travels north to Stanley, followed by Leven Canyon and returning to Hobart (or Launceston drop-off).
