Navigators Rivers, Bays, Channels, Oceans
Navigators, formerly known as Derwent River Cruises and Port Arthur Cruises, has been a family owned and operated business for sixty years. Their vessels are quality craft with an impeccable safety record.
In addition to the modern state-of-the-art enclosed catamarans, MV Marana and MV Excella, Navigators operates the Cartela, the oldest continuously licensed passenger vessel in Australia. A pretty boat for harbour cruises.
The captains of the vessels have been versed in the history of the Hobart waterfront by the Roche brothers, who often take the Captain’s wheel themselves. As you travel around this beautiful waterway, enjoy hearing the history through a commentary informed by experience gained over generations.
