Cadbury CruiseThe sweetest cruise in Australia -- we cruise under the Tasman Bridge and up the Derwent to the Cadbury chocolate factory established in 1922. You will find fresh chocolate is best as you nibble samples on a tour of the factory. There is a chance to buy the entire Cadbury Schweppes range at the factory shop. Harbour CruiseExplore Hobarts historic waterfront from the water in a one and a half hour cruise on the MV Commodore or MV Derwent Explorer. You will pass under the Tasman Bridge, and hear the account of its collapse in 1975. Pass Government House and the Royal Botanical Gardens on your way to the waterfront Incat catamaran factory.
