Lady Nelson
Lady Nelson offers you a sailing experience of a lifetime, on the River Derwent in Hobart. You have the opportunity to sail for 90 minutes like the sailors of old, on a square rigger, and to go below and see the galley and sleeping quarters of a working tallship.
The cruise will take you out onto the Derwent, with possible highlights including: views of Government House, the Queens Domain, historic Battery Point and Mt Wellington.
Harbour cruises operate Saturday and Sunday 1100, 1300 and 1500 (September to April) and 1100 and 1300 (late May to end of August).
The Lady Nelson is also available for private charters.

90 Minute Derwent Sail onboard Lady NelsonThe Lady Nelson Harbour cruises are a 90 minute sail on the Derwent. When possible, the crew may involve passengers in pulling on ropes or taking the helm. Our course is often determined by how the wind is blowing and some motoring is necessary. Dress appropriately for the weather conditions on the day, example hats and sunglasses, warm jackets or water proofs. Cost: $15.00 Adults, $5.00 Children under 12.
