Wainui Bed and Breakfast offers en-suite accommodation on Bruny Island, overlooking the D'Entrecasteaux Channel. It is only a few minutes walk from the Nebraska Beach and 25 minutes from the ferry terminal.
All three bedrooms are en-suite, one with a king-size bed (or two singles), the other a queen-size bed. Each room has tea and coffee making facilities, bottled water and juices, television with video, digital video display player and a refrigerator.
A large continental breakfast is provided consisting of fresh fruit, cereals, fresh bread, toast, home made preserves, tea and coffee.
Barbecue packs are available with fresh baked bread and a tossed salad which can be cooked on the electric barbeque, and enjoyed on the guest deck watching the sunset.
Bruny Island has superb scenery, beaches, and a wide variety of wildlife. So you can relax on the beach, take an eco cruise from Adventure Bay and see seal colonies, dolphins, sea eagles, and at dusk visit the Fairy Penguins at The Neck Reserve. Visit South Bruny National Park and take in the spectacular views of the southern ocean from the Cape Bruny lighthouse.
