The Cygnet Hotel (also known as Cygnet Art Hotel and the Top Hotel) is a unique heritage-listed hotel offering accommodation in simple but stylish refurbished guest rooms. Guests have a secure and comfortable stay and enjoy the many hotel facilities. The Cygnet Hotel is home to the Black Swan Restaurant, where our chef carefully selects, prepares and presents only the best local produce. Espresso coffee and cakes are available all day from the Café or from the Wine Bar. You are able to sample local wines and Tasmanian draught beers on tap. Local acoustic musicians provide gentle afternoon entertainment on the weekends. There is also some local art displayed and the Cygnet Hotel provides a venue and studio space for art workshops and demonstrations.
As well as superbly providing for individuals, couples and families, The Cygnet Art Hotel welcomes group bookings. The hotel can accommodate up to 32 people and is able to cater for large parties and conferences.
Cygnet is a 49 minute drive (55 kilometres/34 miles) south of Hobart.
