Fifty kilometres (31 miles) south of the capital, the property is reached via the Channel Highway past the picturesque port of Kettering and the nearby Peppermint Bay Complex.
The king size and twin bedrooms share a delightful generous size bathroom. Excellent washing and drying facilities are provided. There is a modern, well appointed kitchen/dining area and a lounge with a large digital television. Guests may retreat to the gazebo for a barbecue, cook the local mussels and enjoy the rock oysters, play games, read or just enjoy the close water views.
Activities include swimming, kayaking, fishing or boating. Explore cafes and shops at Cygnet and Huonville, experience The Fly or discover the southern most part of Tasmania accessible by road at Cockle Creek.
