Beaupre Cottage offers private cottage accommodation at Lymington, south of Hobart in the Huon Valley.
Beaupre Cottage is on Beaupre Farm, an 80 acre farming property with magnificent 270 degree water views stretching as far as Bruny Island. There is a private beach, a trout filled billabong, an abundance of native flora and fauna and many walking tracks over headlands and meadows. At low tide you can even gather mussels and oysters!
Beaupre Cottage accommodates two, it’s furnished with antiques and has a queen-size brass bed. It has a slow combustion fire, electric blanket and electric heater if needed. There is a fully equipped kitchen or if you prefer a three course meal and wine can be provided, so you can relax and dine beside a cosy fire or on the terrace and take in the magic sunset and moonlight over the water.
A delicious hot or cold breakfast is included in the tariff and complimentary treats include; champagne, cheese platter, home baked biscuits, chocolates, beer, fruit, use of rowboat, bicycles and barbeque.
There are wineries, fresh food producers, antique and craft shops, potters, and artists to visit, and two nine hole golf courses nearby.
The property is smoke free.
