The cottage is surrounded by well-kept gardens and lawns. It can accommodate up to six people in queen, double and twin bedrooms. Deep Bay Waters has bathroom and laundry facilities, a wood fire and a fully-equipped kitchen. Cooked breakfasts, snacks and light meals are also available in the Deep Bay Waters tearooms and restaurant. Boat launching facilities are located nearby.
