Studio Karma
Studio Karma is an artist’s studio and gallery in Tasmania’s Huon Valley. Located at Glen Huon, the Studio is a five-minute drive west of Huonville, and 40 minutes southwest of Hobart (58 kilometres/36 miles).
Studio Karma is the home of Tasmanian watercolourist Terry Choi-Lundberg. You can view the artist’s original work, including landscapes and portraiture, at the Studio Karma gallery by appointment. A series of cards and prints featuring paintings by Terry Choi-Lundberg and her late father, Tak Chuen Choi are also available, with a percentage of the sale price donated to charities of the artist’s choosing.
Here you will also find Spa Karma—a luxury spa retreat in the grounds of Studio Karma offering elegant accommodation, indulgence and personally-designed wellness retreats.
There are a number of other artists and galleries in the Huon Valley and D’Entrecasteaux Channel area. Visit the Woodfired Pottery at Glen Huon so see work by potter John Martin. The Regnan’s Gallery at Peppermint Bay, near Woodbridge, displays quality Tasmanian art and craft, and at Enchanted Woods at Castle Forbes Bay, you can watch a local wood turner creating fine woodcraft from Tasmanian specialty timbers.
