Baudin’s offers self-contained, beachfront accommodation at Naracoopa, on King Island’s east coast. King Island is located in Bass Strait, 80 kilometres northwest of Tasmania. Flights to King Island depart from Wynyard and Devonport in Tasmania, and Melbourne.
Baudin’s is located on the beachfront at Naracoopa, and has uninterrupted views of Sea Elephant Bay and Councillor Island. The property has one and two-bedroom self-contained cedar cottages, each with a fully-equipped kitchen and balcony. The cottages have ensuite bathrooms and the two-bedroom cottage also has a spa. There is a combined living and dining area with a television/DVD player and stereo. Other facilities include a guest laundry, barbecue and there are mountain bikes and fishing rods available for guests use.
You can dine in Baudin’s restaurant and enjoy fine King Island produce. Go fishing on the nearby jetty or explore 145 kilometres of coastline and beaches. Take a walk through native bush and perhaps encounter the local wildlife. You can taste delicious cheeses at the King Island Dairy or more unusual delicacies at Australia’s only kelp factory in Currie.
