The TRC Hotel and Lodge provides comfortable accommodation in the heart of Tasmania’s northern city of Launceston.
The TRC offers two different styles of accommodation, the TRC Lodge and the TRC Hotel. The lodge has seven rooms in numerous room configurations including double, twin and family rooms. All rooms have their own televisions and reverse cycle air-conditioners. The lodge has a communal kitchen, lounge and laundry for guests and ample off-street parking. Most of the hotel accommodation rooms have en suite bathrooms and guests have access to a communal lounge and laundry facilities.
The TRC Hotel and Lodge is a short walk to the city centre and the boutique shops and cafes of Launceston. Make use of the hotel facilities by dining in the fully licensed Cataract Bistro or browse the extensive selection of local and imported wines at Benchmark Wine Gallery. Enjoy the friendly atmosphere at the award-winning TRC Sports Bar. Plan a trip down the Tamar Valley Wine Route and visit some of Tasmania’s finest cool-climate wineries. Take a ride across Cataract Gorge on the world’s longest single span chairlift or simply enjoy a picnic in one of Launceston’s leafy city parks.
