Tasmania's Choice in the Tamar Valley, near Launceston, offer a wide range of pure Tasmanian produce. This includes honey, beer, wine and spirits plus more – all Tasmanian made.
Enjoy a free taste of honey, learn about the secret lives of bees and watch them work in a live bee hive display. Tasmania's Choice offer over 40 varieties of Tasmanian honey as well as a selection of mainland varieties. For the adults there are free tastes of spirits such as the Lark’s Bush Liqueur, Strait Gin or Vodka, Tasmanian Distillery Single Malt Whiskey and two kinds of mead. There is also a large variety of boutique beers including Dark Isle Leatherwood Porter, Barilla Bay Oyster Stout, Taverner’s Honey Mead Ale and Two Metre Tall Huon Dark Ale.
Our wine selection includes quality reds and whites from both the north and the south of Tasmania. Come in and sample Beauty and the Bees luxurious body cream and take home a sample of leatherwood honey and beer shampoo.
Tasmania's Choice carry reasonably-priced premium quality Tasmanian crafted gifts including Tasmanian timber honey pots, colourful stained-glass leatherwood flowers, beeswax candles and hand-knit beanies.
