Backtrack Tassie Tours offer half, full and multi-day luxury tours across Tasmania.
You can choose from a three day tour of the stunning east coast or the wild and rugged west coast, or take a five-day Tasmania escorted tour. All multi-day tours stay in 4 Star bed and breakfast accommodation. A light lunch of local fare is provided, along with the entry fee to all National Parks visited. Extra days can be added to the set itineraries to include the north west, or Huon Valley because tours are based on a daily rate, inclusive of accommodation. Day tours to northern Tasmania’s popular attractions are available, including Cradle Mountain, the Tamar Valley wine region and Sheffield.
All tours can be tailored to suit your requirements. Airport and accommodation pick-up/drop-off can also be arranged. At point of booking arrangement for accommodation can be negotiated, from family and friends to backpackers, at a reduced rate.

East Coast Three Day Escorted TourTake a three-day tour of Tasmania's spectacular east coast, travelling in a luxury four-wheel-drive. Start and finish in Hobart, Devonport or Launceston. View the Bridestowe Lavender Farm and visit the tallest falls in Tasmania, St Columba Falls. Take a short walk in the pristine wilderness area that is the Freycinet Peninsula. Picnic lunches can be arranged at the time of booking. Attractions include Mole Creek, Sheffield, Cradle Mountain, Central Plateau and the Tamar Valley. Pick-up and transfers can be arranged. Tasmanian Five Day Escorted TourThe five day tour of Tasmania takes in no less than six National Parks, and visits all the main icons of the state. You may start or finish in Launceston, Hobart or Devonport, with airport, ferry or accommodation pickup. Travel through Cradle Mountain and the rugged West Coast via Zeehan to Strahan. Cruise the Gordon River and explore Queenstown. Visit Lake St Clair on the way over the Central Plateau, into the Derwent Valley to Hobart. Feel the history of Port Arthur on the Tasman Peninsula, or explore the Freycinet National Park on the way up the east coast to the fishing village of Bicheno. Spectacular coastline, fern glades and rain forests lead into the north east. You will visit the Pynganna Cheese Farm and St Columba Falls, before passing through the hop fields into Scottsdale. In the summer months the Bridestowe Lavender Farm is a must on the way back towards the Tamar Valley and Launceston.
