Paul Grigg Outdoor Educational Services primary function is to provide an instructional/facilitation service in Tasmania.
This can be utilised by schools, colleges, youth groups and adult education. Activities include bush walking, navigation, rock climbing, abseiling, caving, kayaking both inland and sea, rafting, high and low ropes courses and team building and initiative activities. The service can provide an instructor for a day or on a contract basis for several weeks. Outdoor Educational Services can run just one activity for an organisation or organise a complete program. The emphasis on all the programs is personal development through participation in stimulating and challenging activities. The service teaches current and best practise techniques with an emphasis on safety and risk management.
During the summer tourist period the activities are also offered to the general public. There is a scheduled program which commences in mid-December catering for those looking for soft, mild adventure (those with no experience) and those looking for some real excitement. Paul Grigg Outdoor Educational Services also offer individual, family, work and corporate group tailor-made programs upon application.

Outdoor Educational Services Tours

Paul Grigg Outdoor Educational Services invites you to take part in the Summer Adventure Program. Whether you are looking for an adventure ‘on the wild side' or the ‘mild side,' you will be well catered for. On the ‘mild side' includes introductory river kayaking, introductory abseiling and introductory open-water kayaking. ‘Wild' challenges include abseiling challenge day as well as abseil and cave. Gain confidence and skills in the bush and learn basic navigation and alpine bush walking skills. Other activities include rock climbing, sea kayaking, guided bush walks and a high ropes course.
