    Cataract Gorge and Chairlift Tour

    The Cataract Gorge and unique suspension bridge is world renowned as a natural waterway and many years ago used as part of Tasmania's power system. It still remains in its natural state and presents in the words of many visitors an attraction equal to anything Considered Launceston's most popular destination this exceptional setting comprises an enjoyable short and easy walk to take in beautiful parks and bush with an outstanding kiosk/restaurant and peacocks in their natural habitat. Add to this experience a ride on the longest single span chairlift in the world. Conclude with a leisure drive through the city and suburbs to Tasmania's outstanding Country Club for superb budget meals and gaming rooms.

    Cradle Mountain Tour

    This is a breathtaking drive taking in outstanding country sights including the beautiful Mt Roland. Wander in the freedom and fresh air of a Tasmanian icon, Cradle Mountain and Dove Lake. Indulge by visiting the devils at Cradle Mountain, the Visitor Information Centre and Waldheim Chalet. Not to be missed en route is Sheffield's outdoor art gallery, a collection of hand painted wall murals amongst stores from yester year and still trading.

    Heritage Trail Tour

    This tour is a sensational mixture of heritage, wine and Tasmania's famous wool history. Travelling the Heritage Highway we visit Franklin House, a National Trust Georgian property that will amaze you. We then move to Josef Chromy Wines for an inspection of this winery. We then pass through two of Tasmania's most outstanding historic towns, Campbell Town and Ross where revealed is a presentation of Tasmania's early wool and farming history. A visit to the Tasmanian Wool Centre follows to experience the heritage museum and wool exhibition. Witness the life of wool from sheep in the paddock to top quality fine woolen garments. You may wish to purchase a pure wool garment from this centre.

    Historic Evandale Village Tour

    Move into an area that exudes the richness of Tasmania's Georgian heritage. Historic Evandale Village offers great country fare and of course presents some of Tasmania's best antique shops. Proceed through outstanding avenues of old English trees to Clarendon House and Woolmer's Estate that provide a unique and fascinating reflection of colonial Tasmania. Features include national rose garden, vintage cars, toys and silverware. This tour unlocks Tasmania's cultural history. Sundays only visit the village market and bric a brac.

    Liffey Falls

    Travel via historic towns of hagley, Westbury (John Temple Wilderness and landscape Photogallery) and Deloraine to enjoy natures beauty deep into the Tasmanian Wilderness World where the spectacular series of waterfalls at Liffey Falls is revealed (1 hour return walk to access falls) enjoy a truly tassie picnic lunch, then onto the pretty Pine Lake and return via Meander to experience the outstanding Lake Huntsman, (time permitting).

    Mole Creek Caves Tour

    Visit underground caves that provide two entirely different experiences, a magical experience of adventure and Mother Nature's wonderful work in progress. Tour the catherdral, gardens and working glow worms. King Solomon Caves exhibit dry spectacular shawls and stalactites whilst Marokoopa Caves present wet limestone streams, glow worms and ancient stone formations. On route visit Tasmania's Honey Farm and actually witness working bees create fifty of Tasmania's famous wilderness honeys. You can also explore an active working bee hive. During a leisure drive home stop off at Ashgrove Cheese Factory to witness the making and taste of famous award winning English cheese.

    Natural Discovery Tour

    A great opportunity to enjoy short easy walks to the historic Duck Reach Power Station (One and a half hour return walk) via the Cataract Gorge, country drive to Hollybank Forest nestled among ash and pine trees with a mix of native and plantation forests (40 minute return walk), and complete your experience visiting the magestic Lilydale Falls and enjoying a truly Tasmanian fare lunch.
