Tour the vineyards and taste the wines. Be dazzled by the sight, and the scent, of the lavender farms during their summer blooming. Take a day to drive to the Mount William National Park and count the forester kangaroos at dusk. The roads to the park are gravel, so take your time.
In the evening head to the hotel’s family bistro and try the fresh local seafood, then relax in your comfortable room.
