Loloma Cottage
Loloma Cottage provides self-contained accommodation in Nabowla, northeast Tasmania.
The two-bedroom cottage can accommodate four to five guests comfortably. There is a double bed in the main bedroom, two single beds in the other room and a sofa bed in the living room. The cottage is appointed with a fully equipped kitchen, large bathroom, garage and laundry facilities.
Situated opposite Bridestowe Lavender Farm, the cottage is an ideal base to explore the northeast region. Visit the lavender farm, the largest in the southern hemisphere. Spend an afternoon climbing Mount Stronach or try your luck fishing at Pipers River. A short 15-minute drive will take you into Scottsdale where you can visit the Forest EcoCentre which is also home to the visitor centre. Explore the quaint town and book in to dinner at a local restaurant. A further one-hour drive will take you into central Launceston where you can visit the famous Cataract Gorge. You may wish to also drive along the Tamar Valley Wine Route or book a cruise on the Tamar River.
Nabowla is approximately one hours and 15 minutes’ drive from Launceston (75 kilometres/46 miles).
