Strahan Golf Club

The Strahan Golf Club is a nine-hole course, close to central Strahan. Strahan is Tasmania’s major west coast town, a four-and-a-half hour drive from Hobart (298 kilometres/185 miles) and Launceston (290 kilometres/180 miles).
Strahan Golf Club features well-kept, watered greens fringed by tall eucalypt trees and the flat course makes for easy walking. Six of the holes have deep hazard ditches, including the par three, fourth hole which requires a lofted tee shot over tall gum trees to a green with front and rear hazard ditches.
The Club has a men’s competition on Sunday afternoons, women's competition on Saturday afternoons and a twilight competition each Wednesday and Friday during summer. Green fee players are welcome to enter the competitions. Clubs are available for hire and clubhouse bar is open every day from 4pm.
Holes: 9, Par: 70, Length: 5,243 metres, Australian Course Rating: 67
