Tasman Wildlife Tours
Tasman Wildlife Tours operate adventure spotlighting tours from Dunalley on Tasmania’s beautiful Tasman Peninsula. Join our spotlighting or penguin tours tonight.
Exclusive spotlighting wildlife tours operated on "Bangor", 6000 hectares of private land and National Land Care Award Winning property. Our professional guides take you on a journey of discovery into this stunning coastal landscape at dusk to spy on Wombats, Wallabies, Possums and the threatened Tasmanian Devils; all interacting in their natural environment.
You will be driven by bus into the Tasman National Park and guided along one of the most picturesque beaches in Australia at sunset, as up to 250 breeding pairs of Fairy Penguins scramble up the rocky foreshore in Fortescue Bay. The beach walk and ocean views are magnificent at dusk, and you are sure to encounter many shore birds, wallaby and maybe the occasional seal frolicking in the bay. The Penguin Adventure is only part of your evening adventure so be prepared for surprises tonight. After we leave the penguin colony, listen as up to 1000 penguins squawk in the night. Experience the return 20 minute walk in total darkness with only headlamps to guide the way through the coastal bush land and beaches.
