Only 90 minutes from Melbourne, Bellview Hill is perfect for a weekend getaway or a base for exploring South Gippsland. Centrally located between Loch Village and Korumburra, it is close to the Southern Gippsland and Baw Baw Wine Trails, art and craft galleries, coastal walks and the Grand Ridge Road. From Bellview Hill it is a pleasant day trip to Wilson's Promotory, Port Albert or Tarra Bulga.
Bellview Hill offers guests a choice of traditional accommodation in two luxurious king/twin guest suites in the homestead or self-contained accommodation in Bellview Cottage.
The homestead has sitting and dining rooms with open fires and air-conditioning for our guests' exclusive use. Bathrooms have double showers, a Japanese-style plunge bath and heated floors. Quality cotton bed linen, woollen quilts and pillow menu ensure a comfortable nights' sleep.
Bellview Cottage has floor to ceiling windows and an elevated deck with panoramic views over the hills and valleys towards the Strzelecki ranges. It has one bedroom with queen size bed and a double innerspring sofa bed in the living room. The bathroom has a shower and double spa bath. A cosy gas log fire or reverse cycle air-conditioning ensure your comfort in all seasons. A full kitchen with dishwasher allows you to be fully self-contained. Generous breakfast provisions are included with a choice of cereals, juice, fruit, free-range eggs, bacon and homemade bread or enjoy a country style breakfast in the homestead.
Your hostess, Angela, a qualified chef prepares all meals. A generous multi-choice menu prepared using the best seasonal local produce is offered for breakfast.
Table d'hote dinners are available by prior arrangement. Afternoon tea is served on arrival to welcome you to Bellview Hill.
