Our newly renovated ground floor units consist of single, twin, double or family rooms. We also have 2 standard Spa rooms. Or you can choose one of our Luxury Rooms in our Historic building which was originally constructed in 1854 as a Wesley Day School. The building has been renovated and offers five luxury rooms consisting of: king beds, plasma TV's, gas log fire, kitchenette and ensuite bathroom with double spa bath. The Castlemaine Colonial Motel also offers Room Service Meals, FREE Austar TV and FREE ADSL Wireless Internet.
We are located within easy walking distance to the city centre and its many attractions. We are two blocks from the Railway Station and are an ideal location to base while visiting the Goldfields area. Bendigo, Daylesford, Maryborough are only approximately 20 minutes away and Historic Maldon is only approximately 10 minutes away or you can catch the original old Steam Train there and back. Castlemaine has many popular events throughout the year to suite everyone including the Antique Fair, Hot Rod Week-end, The State Arts Festival, The Truck Show, The Swap Meet, The Maldon Jazz Festival, Maldon Twilight Food and Wine Festival and many more.
