Welch's on Wildflower
In the picturesque village of Pomonal, 10 minutes drive from Halls Gap, Welch's on Wildflower B&B provides peace, tranquillity, warm hospitality and wonderful country meals in a garden setting of mainly Australian plants which attract a huge array of native birds, lizards and marsupials.
Of unique octagonal design, we offer 3 very different guest rooms
1. The upstairs octagonal room with 360` views of mountains and gardens
2. The downstairs Jade room with views of gardens and Mt Cassell
3. The downstairs Rose room/family suite which provides several accommodation options and has garden views.
All rooms have queen beds (plus twin in family suite) with crisp linen, televisions in queen rooms, extra blankets and pillows, drinking water, chocolates and a selection of reading matter.
Hairdryers, quality toiletries, comfy robes and towels are provided in bathrooms. You are invited to make yourself at home in our living areas watching television or listening to music, or just curl up with a book from our library either inside or on the verandah.
Gourmet country breakfasts are served in the dining room, or family room in front of the fire when it's frosty outside, and feature home made jams and preserves while delicious dinner party style evening meals include home grown and local produce.
We have much experience in catering for any particular dietary requirements, love helping you celebrate special occasions and have a residential liquor licence for your convenience.
