Discover the Hart of the Flinders Ranges Four Day Tour Spend four days discovering the Flinders Ranges departing and returning from Essendon Airport, Melbourne, Victoria. Day One - Depart 8am for Mildura and Balcanoona before arriving at Arkaroola for afternoon Ridge Top Tour with magnificent views of the Flinders Ranges. After dinner view millions of stars through a powerful telescope. Accommodation Arkaroola Lodge. Day Two - After breakfast rejoin aircraft for flight to Rawnsley Park with spectacular views of the Flinders Ranges and Wilpena Pound. Enjoy a guided tour of Wilpena Pound, returning by sunset for dinner at the Woolshed Restaurant. Accommodation Rawnsley Park Station. Day Three - Today includes full day mountain top tour, exploring Bunyeroo Gorge, Brachina Gorge, the Heysen Trail with spectacular views of Lake Torrens and Mooralana Valley. Stop for morning tea and a delicious barbecue lunch. Return at sunset for farewell dinner. Accommodation Rawnsley Park Station. Day Four - After breakfast depart for Broken Hill renowned for its mining history and home to many of Australia's prominent artists including Pro Hart. Be escorted on a city tour, visit mining museum, art galleries enjoy lunch followed by scenic flight back arriving 5pm. Operates: Friday 18 April 2008 and 9 May 2008.
