Built in 1905 as a convent and school, Patrick's has been lovingly restored and renovated to provide a luxury bed and breakfast, in the style of an English country house or a French chateau hotel.
An extraordinary amount of effort has gone into providing every possible modern day convenience while maintaining the character of the building. Patrick's has a guest lounge with an open fire, formal dining room, billiard room with full size table, library and breakfast room.
Patrick's is situated in two acres of beautiful park like gardens and is within walking distance to the main street of Koroit. Soon to be completed is the summer house and courtyard. There are five beautiful bedrooms to choose from, each one is individually decorated with antique and vintage furniture.
All five bedrooms have supremely comfortable pillow top beds with luxurious linen and goose down quilts. LCD televisions, a DVD player, CD/MP3 player, tea and coffee facilities and individually controlled heating and air conditioning. Each of the bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom with separate bath and shower, gorgeous toiletries, luxurious Egyptian cotton towels, bathrobes and heated towel rails.
The standard tariff includes full breakfast, complementary minibar, tea, coffee and snacks (in rooms), sherry and port (in rooms), daily newspaper, internet connection and use of all hotel facilities. Patrick's is situated in the historic township of Koroit, at the end of the Great Ocean Road, 280kms south west of Melbourne.It is a 10 minute drive to the seaside towns of Warrnambool and Port Fairy.
