Dive Inn Charters and Tours offers an array of tours by both boat and road of Victorias great south west region. Features include the immediate Warrnambool region extending through to the magnificent Great Ocean Road, historical point of interest and the enormous diversity of wildlife that this part of Victoria has to offer.
One of our most popular activities are the whale watching cruises which are conducted during the time that the Southern Right Whales are in residence at Warrnambool (typically June to October).
Female Southen Right Whales come to the cosy waters off Warrnambool to bear their young each year and stay for up to 3 months. These majestic awe inspiring mammals are truly amazing to observe in their own habitat.
Other marine based wildlife tours include a boat trip to the magnificent Lady Julia Percy Island to view the vast Australian Fur Seal colony located there. Lady Julia Percy Island is large and imposing in its own right, being Australia's only offshore extinct volcano. Australian Fur Seals are naturally curious, photogenic and tend to approach the boat in large numbers.
If fishing is your thing, Dive Inn Charters and Tours offers a range of fishing charters from short charter lengths aimed and local reef fish, right through to fully customisable full day charters for larger game fishing.
Whilst all equipment is supplied for all charters, customers are welcome to bring their own gear if they wish. Full details are available on our website.
