The renovated self-contained stone cottage was built in the early 1900's on the 60-hectare farm, which fronts the Glenelg National Park and River.

A glass fronted slow combustion wood fire provides a warm and comfortable atmosphere. Wood, electric heating, television, video and DVD player and CD player are provided. The modern Baltic Pine kitchen with slate floor contains a full size oven and refrigerator, a dishwasher and microwave. The well-situated dining area looks over the farmland, which is frequented by kangaroos and bird life. An undercover outdoor area is fitted with a hooded gas barbecue and also provides undercover parking. An outdoor pet enclosure provides comfortable accommodation for pets. Local calls access is available. The nearby Glenelg National Park and River is popular for many recreational activities including fishing, boating, skiing, cruising, canoeing and walking. Being centrally located within 30 minutes drive of Mount Gambier, Princess Margaret Rose Cave, Port MacDonnell and Portland, many holiday activities are available.
