Completed August 2007, Beachside Properties Hampton, located within the Bayside area of Melbourne is designed and tastefully furnished to ensure a relaxing and effortless stay, providing serviced accommodation for a temporary location, corporate short stay, a weekend break or beachside holiday.


Stays are for a minimum period of four nights with Corporate long stay rates available upon request.


All rates are inclusive of GST and are based on total apartment occupancy of four guests. Weekly servicing, including fresh towels and bed linen is included in the rate and a complimentary breakfast basket is provided the first morning.


The apartment has two large bedrooms with King/single beds available, luxurious bedding, flat screen TV WIR and sliding door leading into ensuite or patio. The lounge has a large Plasma wall mounted TV, DVD player and CD/Stereo all complimented with leather furnishings.


For those who prefer to eat at home the exquisite kitchen has every appliance to ensure the cooking experience is an enjoyable one and the laundry with all new appliances and outdoor concealed drying area makes laundry a breeze.


With many other extras such as unlimited Broadband access, BBQ , secure basement car parking, secure entry to apartment, flat screen wall mounted TV's in each bedroom, telephone and heating air-conditioning, this apartment has everything you could ever wish for.
