Three, One, Two
Considered one of Australia's leading restaurants, Three, One, Two might be small but it packs a culinary punch.
Chef and co-owner Andrew McConnell is one of the country's most well-travelled and pedigreed cooks and was largely responsible for establishing the reputation of St Kilda fine diner Circa, where he is still a consulting chef.
But it is at Three, One, Two where McConnell now spends most of his time, getting behind the stoves to create imaginative and often quirky dishes that have had the critics raving.
Awarded Best New Restaurant as well as two chefs' hats by The Age Good Food Guide in 2006, Three, One, Two is a must-visit destination for any gourmand.
