Peregrine Adventures are small group Adventure tours and expeditions to Australia and New Zealand - trekking around the Red Centre, Tasmania, Milford Sound, the Kimberley and the top of Australia - Cape York.

Across the Tasman, in New Zealand, they trek between the mountains and fiords of the Southern Alps, cycle along the shores of beautiful lakes and attempt an ascent of majestic Aorak/Mount Cook. A night aboard a floating hotel on Milford Sound is a highlight not to be missed.

Cape York - Top of AustraliaThis classic four wheel drive overland journey takes you up the Cape York Peninsula to the tip of Australia, with the Coral Sea on one side and the Gulf of Carpentaria on the other. Starting in Cairns, make your way via Daintree Rainforest and Bloomfield Falls to Cooktown, gateway to a remote and fascinating tropical world beyond. Visit Lakefield National Park and Merluna Cattle station, before your conservation experience at Cape York Turtle Rescue Project at Mapoon. You will also enjoy interesting walks along the way and learn about Aboriginal culture and rock art at Hope Vale and Elim Beach. Continuing north on Telegraph Road cross the Jardine River, home to awesome saltwater crocodiles, before reaching the beach stop at Punsand Bay. The trek then takes you to the northernmost point of the Australian mainland, Cape York. The journey ends on the Torres Straits with a guided walk and overnight on multicultural Thursday Island, before a transfer to Horn Island where trip ends. Crocodiles, Rainforest and Reef - Family AdventureA family adventure in the far north exploring the Daintree National Park, the Great Barrier Reef, and a tropical island paradise. You will venture into the ancient rainforests of the Daintree, go crocodile spotting along the rugged Bloomfield Track, up to the scenic northern outpost of Cooktown – along the way gaining a wonderful insight into this ruggedly beautiful landscape. You will also gain a unique cultural and historical lesson from their Aboriginal storyteller whilst visiting the local Indigenous communities, and their ancient rock art paintings. They then fly south to the tropical island paradise of Dunk Island for an action-packed adventure, or a peacefully relaxing retreat.
