Centrally located with a casual walk to Rye Bay Beach, pier, cafes, pub and shops. Five minutes to hot springs, surf beaches and wineries.

Large open-plan Living area features cathedral ceilings, polished floor boards, potbelly gas fire, overhead fan and TV, DVD, VCR, CD and radio, also a library of DVD movies, books, mags and games.

Fully equipped kitchen and dining room opens out to a private north facing sundeck with BBQ, out-door table settings and sun lounges.

Korowa Cottage sleeps five with one queen bedroom and one upstairs loft/study with three singles. A double bedroom can be made available, please enquire.

All quality bed and bath linen is supplied (not for specials).

Bathroom has bath, shower and toilet and a separate laundry with washing machine.

Large front and back garden (fully fenced) with lots of room to play with the kids or sit in the shade of the front veranda, watch the sunset or read a book.

No smoking inside the cottage.
