East Coast Surf School
Whether it's your very first time or you are looking to improve your technique, East Coast Surf School can help you with highly qualified and experienced staff, appropriate equipment to suit your ability and access to the best surf breaks the Mornington Peninsula has to offer.
Run by Prue Latchford, 2001 Australian Women s Masters Champion, East Coast Surf School uses the protected reef breaks around Shoreham and Pt Leo inside Westernport and, when conditions permit, the ocean beaches between Gunnamatta and Portsea. Individual and Group bookings are welcome.
A surf lesson is a great team bonding opportunity and is ideal for birthdays and Christmas parties and school groups. There is no better way to take in the beauty of the Mornington Peninsula and with some of Victoria s premier wineries a stone s throw away, you are sure to make a great day of it.
Equipment supplied:
* Safe, soft and stable surfboards that are easy to balance, paddle and surf for beginners
* Fibreglass surfboards for more advanced surfers
* Full length wetsuits, booties and helmets
You must be able to swim. Please bring bathers, towel, sunscreen and a drink.
