River Country Adventours was formed in the early 1990 s with the aim of being one the best tour operators in the State. Since that time the business has become accredited and is now a leader in the industry.
River Country Adventours has coach tours available throughout Regional Victoria for the many groups attending business seminars and conferences in the country. This gives partners and others a great opportunity to discover the regions with local tour operators.
In addition to the coach tours, we have developed some very popular winery tours, arrangements can be made for courtesy collection from the Melbourne region, and more importantly, we get the groups home safely.
Another popular attraction that is available all year is Canoes on the Goulburn. River Country Adventours offer a wide range of camping and canoeing adventures - everything from half a day through to 6-7 day safaris. Our most popular camping and canoeing adventures are as follows:
* Half Day Canoe Safari - available from Seymour, Nagambie, Shepparton, Wyuna and Barmah - $55 per person.
* Full Day Canoe Safari- Trawool, Seymour, Nagambie, Shepparton, Wyuna and Cobram, Echuca and Barmah on the Murray River- $80.00 per peron ($8.00 extra for catering per person)
* Adventurous Getaways - Our most popular trip - bush camping and 2 safaris. Includes completely set up camp, transport, fishing gear and industrial toilet - $189 per person. Kids under 12 FREE with parents.
* Kanyapella Safari - 3-day ultimate canoeing adventure - $275 per person - Fully catered, camps set up along the way, driver shuttle (Min 4 persons) . Only available during the week, not weekends.
* Self Guided Canoe Safaris - Available on the Upper and Lower Goulburn River and also on the Murray. A wide range of safaris available - from 2 days through to 6-7 days.
