Riverview House is Federation style, two storeys with three bedrooms. Set in a private green oasis, surrounded by trees and ferns, captivating views and beautiful interior spaces.
Private covered entertaining deck with barbecue, table and chairs and four person spa. Central heating and split system heating and cooling. Can accommodate up to eight people.
Downstairs features two bedrooms and main bathroom. Upstairs is the main bedroom with ensuite, lounge area with sofa bed, television, viewing area, dining table seating eight and fully equipped kitchen.
Two balconies, one off the main bedroom and the second off the television viewing area overlook the Yarra River and are great spots to sit and chat with a coffee, enjoy the scenery or watch life go by.
