Giralia Station Stay
Giralia Station Stay is on a 228,000 hectare property situated 310 kilometres north of Carnarvon on the Burkett Road, it is 125 kilometres south of Exmouth and 110 kilometres from Coral Bay.
Giralia is an area of outstanding biodiversity with many different species of flora and fauna, of which some are unique to the station. A visit to the station is a must for birdwatchers visiting the North West. In addition, Giralia is world renowned for the unique fossils found on the property.
Located where the outback meets the coast, Giralia offers great diversity of land form and easy access to nearby Cape Range National Park, Ningaloo Marine Park, Exmouth, Coral Bay and north to the Karijini National Park.
From 1921 until 2003 the property was run as a sheep station. In 2002 the property was acquired by Conservation and Land Management to be run as a National Park.
Giralia Station Stay offers a variety of accommodation, from ensuite homestead rooms to budget rooms and a self contained family cottage. They also offer an outback bush camping and caravan area with hot showers and toilets. There is four wheel drive access to Giralia Bay for excellent fishing.
