Wandina Station Stay
Wandina Station is a 240 000 acre working sheep station situated in the Mid West wildflower region of Western Australia. We are 530 kilometres north of Perth and only one hour and 40 minutes drive north east of Geraldton. Drive or fly in to Wandina Station by way of easily accessible roads for all vehicle types and caravans or one of two airstrips close to the homestead.
Your hosts Nigel and Susan will endeavour to make your stay as enjoyable as possible, whether it be in one of our very comfortable rooms in the beautiful 80 year old stone homestead set in shaded lawns and gardens or a self-contained bunkhouse or cottage.
We also offer refurbished shearers quarters for larger groups, a fully licensed caravan park and bush camping at Drovers Pool (our local swimming hole) 18 kilometres from the homestead.
We are home to Tallering Peak an extremely picturesque area of the mid west. We host three of the DeGrey/Mullewa stock route wells used in the 1800s while moving stock north to south.
Wandina gives you the opportunity to experience the peace and tranquillity that the outback brings as well as the knowledge and history of times gone by.

BunkhouseThe bunkhouse offers two bedrooms, one twin share with two single beds and one triple share room with one single bed and one bunk bed. Bush CampingThere are bush camping facilities located at Drovers Pool, which is situated18 kilometres from the homestead. CottageVery comfortable self-contained cottage comprising of two bedrooms. One double bedroom and one quad room with own kitchen, dining and bathroom. Shearers QuartersRefurbished shearing quarters comprising of nine bedrooms and a large kitchen/dining area. One room sleeps four, six rooms sleep two and two rooms sleep one. Wandina Caravan ParkOur caravan park has 20 powered sites (limited power due to our power supply being generated power). A camping area with fire pits and barbecues is available and there are new amenities with wheelchair access. Wandina Station HomesteadThe Wandina Station Homestead affords one family room with a double bed and one single bed, one twin share room with two single beds, one double room with one double bed and one single room with one double bed.
