The Walkaway Station Museum is an impressive museum which will be of great interest to any rail enthusiast or historian. Saunter through the beautiful old railway station building to visualise how the station would have operated in the late 1800s. Whilst in the area, a 15 minute drive will bring you to Ellendale Pool, a tranquil watering hole created by the Greenough River and located at the bottom of impressive river cliffs. Stop for a picnic and dip in the refreshing waters, laze under the shade of the magnificent trees surrounding the pool and keep your eyes focused on the cliffs, where you can often see nesting Peregrine falcons.
