Tathra National Park
Tathra National Park is located in the central west coast sandplain of Western Australia and is approximately 4,323 hectares.
The park is 250 kilometres north of Perth, 30 kilometres east of Eneabba and 40 kilometres west of Carnamah.
Tathra is the Nyangar word for 'beautiful place' and the Tathra National Park certainly lives up to its name. Undulating sandplain country, with some small rock outcrops. Sandplain heath, banksia and malley thickets. Usual sandplain and heath animals and birds.
A visit in the wildflower season is a must for the most spectacular views. The best time is from winter through to early summer.
