Diving with Whale SharksThis tour is a full day's charter with whale sharks. The day starts off at 0715 when we pick you up from your accommodation in the town of Exmouth. The boat departs from Tantabiddi on the west side of Exmouth. Once everyone is on board the skipper will give an introduction and tell you the do's and don'ts and the plans for the day. After that it's cast off and go for a quick snorkel on the Ningaloo Reef so everyone is used to their dive gear. After that it's back on board and time to wait for the spotter plane to find us a whale shark to swim with which isn't too long. On the way home we always stop off at Tamina's Reef to hand feed the numerous fish and let everyone have a snorkel on this beautiful piece of reef. Through the day you will also see turtles, dolphins, manta rays, humpback whales and sometimes a dugong. Morning tea is supplied, so is a smorgasbord lunch and all your dive gear. The day ends about 1700 when we drop you off back at your accommodation with a smile on your face. | |
