Fraser Range Sheep Station is located 105 kilometres east of Norseman . Stay in the historic stone shearer’s quarters or the picturesque A grade caravan and camping grounds. Enjoy the unique surroundings, and peaceful ambience, experience "Mother Nature's" spectacular gift to you.
On the edge of the Nullarbor you are confronted by a range of scenic granite hills, Fraser Range, surrounded by the worlds largest Eucalyptus hardwood forest composed of up to 20 species of Eucalypt.
In the middle of the forest is Fraser Range Sheep Station. As the first station settled on the Nullarbor, Fraser Range is steeped in history much of which is still evident today. Many of the stone buildings, gully dams and tanks were originally constructed utilizing convict and Aboriginal labour. Fraser Range Sheep Station is currently stocked with Damara fat tail meat sheep, produced for the export market.
We offer guided tours of the operational station, historic sites and granite mines by prior appointment.
