Munglinup Beach Holiday Park - a secluded haven only three kilometres from the beach on Western Australia’s scenic South East Coast waiting to be discovered.
The Oldfield River runs through pristine nature reserves, alongside the farm and the holiday park. Natural bush, mainly Banksias, have been planted to encourage wildlife in the park.
This holiday park is designed for minimum environmental impact. A wind turbine generates power and the first class ablutions are eco friendly.
On site accommodation, powered caravan sites and tent sites adjacent to a beautiful nature reserve and the Oldfield River. Guests can hire canoes for an inspiring nature paddle on the Oldfield River.
A small shop for basic provisions is available at the park office and a small video and games library is provided for visitors
During your stay you can enjoy an array of outdoor activities. Guests can use canoes for an inspiring nature paddle on the river, surf the waves, swim, fish and snorkel at the Munglinup Reef, take in the fresh air on a walk along the coast line. Discover wildlife such as birds, kangaroos and possums in their natural environment and the wildflowers are special treats for visitors.

Oldfield Lodge One Bedroom UnitNicknamed the ‘Overnighter', this accommodation is a compact, fully self-contained room, with a double bed, refrigerator, microwave, video, shower and toilet. The entrance to the room is via a private, shady verandah. A guest laundry and a gas barbecue is available for use at the back of the building. Oldfield Lodge Two Bedroom ApartmentAccommodating up to five guests, this fully self-contained two bedroom unit is located behind the park reception. The kitchen is well equipped with a full size oven, microwave and refrigerator/freezer. Next to the kitchen are the lounge/dining areas. The apartment has a television with video and CD player. Featured in the master bedroom is a queen size bed whilst the second bedroom has a double bunk bed with a single bed on top. Both bedrooms open to a private shady verandah overlooking the bushland. Your own private bathroom with shower and separate toilet is also provided. There is a guest laundry and gas barbecue at the back of the building. On Site CaravansThis is our backpacker style accommodation. All vans have recently been renovated, fitted with standard single beds and can accommodate from two to four people. There are cooking facilities in the camper's kitchen. No cooking in the vans. Shared bathroom facilities are conveniently located nearby. Park CabinsSleeping up to four guests, the cabins are comfortable budget family accommodation. Shared bathroom facilities are conveniently located close by. Each cabin has a fully self-contained kitchen, gas stove, refrigerator/freezer, VCR and CD player. There is a separate bedroom with a queen size bed. The kitchen area also accommodates a bunk bed, dining table and opens to the covered verandah with outdoor setting. Powered SitesWe offer a small number of spacious, protected sites for maximum privacy. Two drive through sites are available. Electricity is provided by wind and solar with a generator back up. We kindly ask our guests not to use air-conditioning, electric kettles, toasters and frying pans. For your convenience we provide gas barbecues, gas kettles and gas toasters in the campers' kitchen. Fire buckets and wood can be arranged, please enquire at the park office, conditions apply. Two Bedroom CottageThis is our premium accommodation. Modern, spacious, brand new, fully self-contained two bedroom cottages with kitchen, dining and lounge. The cottages are located next to a Banksia bushland overlooking the sweeping farmland. Each cottage has its own verandah with a comfortable outdoor setting and a state of the art barbecue. During the cooler months of the year you can light the pot belly stove and keep warm and cosy. Laundry facilities are available in the park. Unpowered SitesThere is a lawn area below the main park with some shade and wind protection. A few steps lead up to the ablution facilities and the campers' kitchen. The ‘Banksia lawn' is a very secluded site and suitable for one family only. | |
