Council Office Mosaic
Designed by local artist Ann Sutherland the Council Office Mosaic was chosen to represent the Wheatbelt at the water feature adjacent to the Bell Tower in Barrack Street Perth.
There are designs for each area of the State. A copy of the mosaic panel was presented to the local community. The water trickling across its surface and the rock garden setting complement the work.
