Our friendly tour guide will take you on an inspiring journey, begining with the life of the contemporary 'Flying Doctor', heading back through the chronicles of our history, to the colourful characters of years gone by. The Royal Flying Doctor Service Visitor Centre commemorates the fierce determination of those early pioneers intent on enhancing the lot of people living and travelling in Western Australia's rugged outback.
Some 75 years later and called upon more than ever before, a tour through the base and hangar revels that the dedication of the early days has not diminished with time. Don't pass up the opportunity to learn for yourself a little about one of Australia's most famous services, past and present.
