Talgomine Reserve
The flora and fauna reserve at Talgomine Reserve is an idyllic picnic retreat.
Situated on the Talgomine Road east of Nungarin this reserve features an area of York Gum and Jam Tree woodland. Pink and yellow everlastings also grow here if the season has been favourable. On the eastern border of the Reserve is a patch of heavier country where a variety of wildflowers and orchids grow.
The massive granite boulder on the edge of Lake Brown known as Eaglestone should capture the imagination of keen photographers.
