Yealering Lake
Yealering Lake is a pleasant oasis found only five minutes walk from the town of Yealering.
There is a launching ramp and jetty. Water skiing, swimming and yachting are popular during summer.
Yealering Lake was a valuable source of fresh water for the settlers. Community picnics and sporting days, for which the town became renowned, were held on the banks of the lake, and in dry years horse races were run on the lake bed.
Yealering is situated two and a half hours drive south east of Perth.
