Lovell Gallery
The Lovell Gallery, (previously known as the Lovell Diversion Gallery or the Diversion Gallery) is well located in the centre of Kununurra. You will be inspired by the outstanding array of local artworks on display. Get a feel for the passion and insights of the talented Kimberley artists as you observe their unique view of their homeland through their art.
Housing a ever evolving exhibition of some 70 works, by several Kimberley artists, the gallery is a tribute to the beautiful landscapes and characters of the Kimberley region.
Owner and artist Nadeen Lovell displays a number of her own landscape inspired works in the gallery, and also sells a range of limited edition prints.
In addition to the beautiful paintings, you can peruse a selection of enamels by Mary Raymond, ceramics by Louise Sass and pottery creations from Kathryn Pekin.
Kununurra is in the East Kimberley region of Western Australia, close to the Northern Territory border, and is a three and a half hour flight from Perth.
