Cape Keraudren Nature Reserve

If you like fossicking for shells and walks along the beach Cape Keraudren Nature Reserve has white sands, aquamarine waters and fabulous fishing not to mention the mud crabs.

This marks the start of the Eighty Mile beach. Travel 151 kilometres north east of Port Hedland along the Great Northern Highway, turn left just before the Pardoo Roadhouse and travel 12 kilometres to the picturesque Coottenbrand tidal creek.

Well worth a stay, with excellent camping (fees apply). There is also a boat ramp and some dry toilets.
