Sawpit Gorge

Sawpit Gorge is situated 41 kilometres south of Halls Creek. It is also known as Sawtooth Gorge.

The gorge was created by the Black Elvire River cutting a ridge through the land, leaving towering walls that overhang a tranquil pool shaded by trees and banked by beach-like sand. It is a popular swimming spot.
